To ensure a significant and lasting improvement in customer satisfaction, in November 2021, Tippagral launched its “Excellence Plan”. The plan, which is part of the company’s R&D approach, involves the continuous and meticulous improvement of our internal processes. It mainly concerns modernisation of production, constant improvement of management and development of manufacturing processes.

To ensure that all employees adopt and contribute to our “Excellence Plan”, we have created a day devoted to ideas. “Ideas Day” offers an opportunity for all colleagues to put forward their improvement ideas. If an idea is chosen, a work group evaluates its feasibility before it is put into practice: the group works on its advantages, evaluates the extent of possible implementation constraints and programmes its implementation.
